Yesterday was the first day of July which means its monthly favorites time! This is my first favorites post on my blog so it will be a mix of favorites from this month and current favorites from the past few months.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer

 

I have been using this product for a few months now. I started using it when I moved to London for the semester and now I’m hooked! I’m going to be so sad when I run out because it’s not sold in The States. Its the perfect consistency, not too watery and not too thick. It’s definitely a holy grail product.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

I love this palette! I have green eyes so the pinky and purply shades really make my eyes pop while keeping the makeup look natural.

Benefit Roller Lash

 

I’ve always gone for drug store mascaras because mascara was never a product I felt needed to be high end to be good quality. This mascara changed that for me. When Roller Lash first came out the Internet blew up and now I know why! This mascara lengthens my eye lashes significantly with just one coat. This isn’t a mascara that I have to put on multiple coats to get the look I want. Also, if I want exaggerated lashes I can put on multiple coats without it getting too clumpy. This is definitely a product I will be repurchasing.

Rimmel by Kate Lipstick

 

I have been really into the bright pink lipstick shades this season and this is the perfect summer pink. The color is buildable so it you can use if for a light natural look or build it up to a bright Barbie pink. The formula is amazing, it really moisturizes the lips.

Steve Madden Nobel shoes

These are the perfect summer shoe! I love the color and the cut outs at the toe and heel. These are also easy to walk in which makes them good for summer day trips when you want to look cute but are also doing a lot of walking.

H&M Boyfriend jeans

These jeans fit me perfectly! They are also a light material and the holes makes them very breathable so they aren’t stifling during warm summer days. Unfortunately these jeans are only sold in European H&M stores but U.S. H&M have some similar pairs.

Coral Ring from Aleghero, Italy

I did a lot of traveling in April because we had a month off between the end of classes and the beginning of finals (and naturally I travelled instead of studied). One of the places I travelled to was Alergho, Italy, which is known for their coral.

This career book by a Fashion PR executive is all about social media, marketing, and fashion! As a marketing major with an interest in beauty and fashion I was instantly drawn to this book. I love this book so far, I am about half way through and the advice is so helpful and the stories about the fashion world are so entertaining. People who aren’t into marketing will still love this book for all the fashion industry tales!

Bose Speakers

 

These speakers were the perfect birthday gift! I have been using them nonstop since I got them for my birthday. They are perfect for listening to music in the shower (which I’m sure my parents love…not!). I also love the color my mom chose, it’s so much more fun than plain black.

Flashlight by Jesse J

I have been listening to this song nonstop and haven’t gotten sick of it since I heard it in Pitch Perfect 2. I love both the movie version and Jesse J’s.
