WHAT I ATE

I love reading or watching what I ate in a day posts and videos and I have also done a few other What I Ate posts (1, 2).
Breakfast:
I woke up late today so I just had a banana and some iced coffee with coconut milk since it was only a couple hours until Lunchtime.Lunch:
For Lunch I made a chickpea salad,which was to die for, with some roasted potatoes and green beans and of course had a glass of lemon water.Snack:
After my gym sesh I had two kiwis, which i haven't had in forev and were delicious, to hold me over until dinner.Dinner:
I had a really simple dinner of grilled chicken and salad that I topped with some Italian dressing.I hope you liked this What I Ate in a Day post!
