WHAT I ATE #3

HELLO GUYS!
I'm back with another "what I ate" post. This is honestly some of my favorite posts to make and see because I don't plan what I'm eating but I'm definitely more conscious of what I'm eating and I like getting some inspiration :).
Breakfast:
I started off the day with some iced coffee. I woke up pretty late because I legit couldn't fall asleep last night and I wasn't even hungry when I woke up so I just sipped my coffee for the first few hours of my day.
Lunch:
For lunch I had leftovers from last night's dinner which was cauliflower rice with peppers, onions, green beans and black beans and some grilled chicken.
Snack:
Around 4pm I was feeling a little hungry so I had some black bean and corn salsa (which is my fav! I don't even really like corn but in the salsa I love it!) and some tortilla chips.
Dinner:
This dinner right here proves how unplanned this post was because this dinner is so so so unhealthy. Theres a lot of cheese happening and a lot of carbs and very little vegetables lol. We had Italian stuffed peppers and tortellini casserole. Tonight was one of those instances where you are just using what you have in your fridge before you need to throw it out and you aren't necessarily eating the best but ya know YOLO (yeah I said that) is was delish!
