Hey guys! Soooo a lot has happened since the last time I blogged. First I got a retail job because, as you may know if you follow me on Twitter, finding a marketing job has been ROUGH! and then miraculously last week I finally got a (semi) real job! Its only a temporary position for 6-12 months but its a step in the right direction so that's grand. So for the past week and next week I have been working two jobs which has been so time consuming.

And apart from the job sitch, I have been very unmotivated to blog. I am really struggling to come up with blog post ideas. I feel like for the past few months I've been doing a lot of makeup product reviews which isn't something I'm very passionate to write about and I'm just writing them to get content out, which is ridiculous because its not like this is my job or anything, I just do this for fun! I literally make no money from blogging! I love makeup and beauty and love talking about it but I feel like reviews are just the same thing over and over and it gets so boring. And I've been trying to switch things up and make a few YouTube videos and I've tried to film a makeup tutorial 3 TIMES and its still soooo shitty and I feel like I can't produce the content I am imagining and its SO FRUSTRATING!

I feel like I just need to do a little mental reset and take a little break. I have a post coming out, hopefully, later this week about my favorite coffee shop but besides that I don't know how active I will be for the next two weeks or so.

Anyway I just wanted to give a little update as to where I've been and why I haven't been very active on my blog. I hope you at least enjoyed this little tangent fully of run on sentences and I'll be back in a hot minute (because I know all of the 5 people reading this really care).
